The comforts of the spotless and huge room with a view were fabulous. the hotel is close enough to the elephant park, Big Buddha, and many seafood restaurants in Chalong/Nai Harn and Rawai.

Nice & beautiful hotel, incredible location in nice gardens, diligent staff. Location next to outside restaurants, beaches, and a hill side overlooking Chalong pier. For shots visit The Green Man Pub, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the venue...
Wi-Fi was very poor.

The rooms were nice/clean and the outside showers/tubs were beautiful. The pool was nice and the massages were fabulous. There were not many people around, so it seemed secluded and private. The grounds are well maintained as long as you stay down near the bungalows and pool/reception area. Nice to walk around and look at landscaping. Great place to relax and recover the long journey to Thailand.
The place seems to be more of a long term stay resort, rather than a short trip. They do not have many of the typical amenities of a hotel of this class - pool bar, room service, gym, spa, etc. It is also located far away from anything and there is no shuttle (even though the brochure and online states there is). They charged 400 baht to get to Kata beach (less than 10 minute ride), which is a ridiculous price given a taxi from the airport is only 650 baht and over a 40 minute drive. There is nothing around the resort and you cannot walk anywhere. Your best bet would be to rent a motorbike to get around if you stay here which many people did. Make sure you get the room you booked and paid for...if not, just ask to change.

We really enjoyed this beautiful small resort. The houses are very luxurious and stylish. There is a normal bathroom inside and a bigger with bath outside! The resort is tucked away, so no noise from phukets partiers, but you still can see the sea from the swimming pool. It's is amazing!
Some members of the staff were a little disinterested and could be more helpful, some members were really nice and made our stay unforgettable. Because of the tucked away location you need a taxi to go to the beaches and restaurants, this can be expensive.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. The chalets are beautiful and clean. Location was exactly what I was looking for - nature and very quiet.
The restaurant hours seemed to short, closing already at 7pm. Other than that, food was delicious. No complaints.

More staffs need to be trained to speak English. Communication is a major problem. Further, the staffs were not polite and forced us to leave (although we checked out slightly late, a better communication should be made rather than being rude). Food for breakfast is very bad. Tea was not hot. Limited selection and food was cold
